Eurocharm strives to maintain harmonious labor-management relations and values employees’ right to express their opinions. Eurocharm TW does not have the required number of employees to establish an Occupational Safety and Health Committee under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Instead, it conducts employee participation and consultation through weekly meetings. In Vietnam, the number of employees meets the legal requirements, and according to local labor laws, the VPIC1 in Vietnam union or labor-management meetings are established to facilitate communication channels for employee feedback. 100% of employees in Vietnam are members of the VPIC1 in Vietnam union, and the union president serves as the labor representative. Regular meetings are held between the employer, management, and the union to fully communicate opinions. VPIC1 in Vietnam has a Safety and Environmental Committee responsible for overseeing and improving occupational safety, health, and environmental activities. The committee holds regular meetings, and in 2024, four meetings were held to discuss three environmental-related proposals and four occupational safety and health-related proposals.
On April 19, 2024, a Workers’ Meeting was held in the company’s training room, attended by 92 participants, including company representatives, union representatives, and department representatives. In addition to reporting on the achievements of 2023 and plans for 2024, various suggestions were raised by the representatives, which the company addressed one by one. The process was harmonious, and all parties were able to view the issues objectively and seek appropriate solutions. Furthermore, the company communicates with non-employee representatives every month to discuss suggestions raised by non-employees, maintaining a good communication channel and listening to feedback from all sides.

New Employees Gatherings
On February 26, March 30, and August 23 and 28, 2024, a total of 279 new employees who joined in the previous season were gathered for a communication session. The host presented 13 common questions for newcomers to each group, and the groups competed to answer. Then, the HR department or union representatives provided the correct answers. After a relaxed exchange, the new employees gained a much better understanding.
