Additionally, the committee monitors, reviews, and refines the implementation and effectiveness of sustainability efforts while overseeing the company’s Sustainability Report and other tasks as assigned by Board resolutions. The Sustainability Committee is required to convene quarterly meetings and may hold additional meetings as necessary. In 2024, the committee conducted five meetings, maintaining a 100% attendance rate among all members and deliberating on seven related motions. On November 12, 2024, the company conducted the “2024 Annual Board Performance Evaluation and Self-Assessment of Board Members” and the “Self-Assessment of Functional Committee Members”, both of which resulted in a “satisfactory” evaluation, with all assessment criteria successfully met. The results are scheduled to be presented to the Board of Directors on March 6, 2025.
